We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
The item was delivered within the last 7 days.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You have the order receipt or proof of purchase.
Note:
Some items such as innerwear, cosmetics, and personalized products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.
🔹 2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email us at info@smartandshop.in or call +91- 999-0-737475 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to send back the product safely.
🔹 3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
If the product fails our quality check, it may be sent back to you.
🔹 4. Exchange Policy
We offer size and product exchanges on eligible items.
If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
🔹 5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace the product or process a full refund at no extra cost.
🔹 6. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Innerwear, swimwear, or socks
Beauty & hygiene products
Gift cards or downloadable items
Customized or personalized products
🔹 7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process after delivery.
